Activ8 Sports is happy to announce our first flag football league!! Need something to do in the morning?! Join us for our 5v5 Flag Football league this Spring. Invite your friends, get your teams together and spread the word! We're doin this thing right and we're doing it big!!

Register your team of 5 (minimum 4 guys/1 girls) and join our football community. This league offers 6 regular season games plus guaranteed playoffs. If you don't have a team but would like to join our league as a free agent please contact krystal@activ8sports.com and we'll do our best to find you a spot. 

League Day: Saturday mornings starting April 2nd, 2016

Start Times: Between 9:00am - 12:00pm

Location: Lakewood Park

People Per Team: At least 5 (4 guys & 1 girl)

Cost Per Team: $290/Team

DEADLINE: Registration ends on Monday, March 28th, 2016.

LEAGUE FEES: 
Full payment must be made 7 days prior to the league start date. If no payment is received by this time, your spot will open up to other players. Refunds will not be given after 7 days prior to the league start date. 

 AGE REQUIREMENTS:
Must be 18 years or older to participate.

PLAYER WAIVER & RELEASE FORM
Before any player can participate in any Activ8 Sports league or activity, he/she must submit a liability waiver during online registration.
