People Per Team: 6 (min 2 females must be on the field at all times)

Cost Per Team: $150

DEADLINE:
Registration ends on Thursday, April 14th, 2015.

TOURNAMENT FEES:
Full payment must be made 7 days prior to the tournament start date. If no payment is received by this time, your spot will open up to other players. Refunds will not be given after 7 days prior to the tournament start date.

 AGE REQUIREMENTS:
Must be 18 years or older to participate.

PLAYER WAIVER & RELEASE FORM
Before any player can participate in any Activ8 Sports league or activity, he/she must submit a liability waiver during online registration.
