People Per Team:
5v5 (4 males & 1 female on field at all times). Suggest 7-9 players per roster.

Cost Per Team: $290

Perks: 6 weeks (5 regular season + 1 playoff week)

Register your team of buddies, co-workers, or school friends and join our incredible football community. This league is listed as recreational and is open to people of all skill levels.

If you don't have a team but would like to join our league as a free agent please contact krystal@activ8sports.com and we'll do our best to get you on a team.

DEADLINE:
Registration ends on Monday, March 28th 2016.

LEAGUE FEES:
Full payment must be made 7 days prior to the league start date. If no payment is received by this time, your spot will open up to other players. Refunds will not be given after 7 days prior to the league start date.

 AGE REQUIREMENTS:
Must be 18 years or older to participate.

PLAYER WAIVER & RELEASE FORM
Before any player can participate in any Activ8 Sports league or activity, he/she must submit a liability waiver during online registration.
