Tournament Day: Saturday, Nov. 21st

Times: 9:00am - 5:00pm

Location: Regency Athletic Complex at Metro Denver

People Per Team: 5 (min 1 female must be on the field at all times)

Cost Per Team: $100 + Food Donation

Food Items: Non-perishable. Each team will bring all food items upon registration the day of the tournament.

DEADLINE:
Registration ends on Thursday, Nov 19th, 2015.

TOURNAMENT FEES:
Full payment must be made 7 days prior to the tournament start date. If no payment is received by this time, your spot will open up to other players. Refunds will not be given after 7 days prior to the tournament start date.

 AGE REQUIREMENTS:
Must be 18 years or older to participate.

PLAYER WAIVER & RELEASE FORM
Before any player can participate in any Activ8 Sports league or activity, he/she must submit a liability waiver during online registration.

Join Activ8 Sports & the Denver Dream Center for our first annual 5v5 flag football tournament at the new Metro Denver Sports Complex! We have a greater purpose behind this event than just football as we are also hosting a food drive in which all teams are required to bring donations along with their team fees.
