DEADLINE:
Registration ends on Monday, August 15th, 2016.

TOURNAMENT FEES:
Full payment must be made 7 days prior to the tournament start date. If no payment is received by this time, your spot will open up to other players. Refunds will not be given after 7 days prior to the tournament start date.

 AGE REQUIREMENTS:
Must be 18 years or older to participate.

PLAYER WAIVER & RELEASE FORM
Before any player can participate in any Activ8 Sports league or activity, he/she must submit a liability waiver during online registration.

Join us for our end of the summer volleyball extravaganza under the lights! Hosted on the grass outfield of Schaefer softball fields in Lakewood, our 3on3 grass tournament will surely satisfy your competitive thirst as we head into autumn season.
