WOMEN'S COMPETITIVE  

TOURNAMENT DATE: May 16th, 2015

REGISTRATION/TEAMS: 4 players per team. 

AGES: 15 & up 

START TIMES: 8:30 check-in, 9:00am tournament starts

LOCATION: Denver South High School

COST: $120 (Guaranteed 3 games)

PERKS: Team t-shirts 

TOURNAMENT RULES: RULES

BRACKETS: All division brackets will be located near the registration table to refer to at any time. They will be updated upon each finished game.

COURT SUPERVISORS: Each court will have a designated supervisor to address any questions or concerns you may have.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: MAY 9th, 2015 

TOURNAMENT FEES: Full payment must be made 7 days prior to the tournament start date. If no payment is received by this time, your spot will open up to other players. Refunds will not be given after 7 days prior to the league start date. 

REQUIREMENTS: Any participant under the age of 18 is required to have a parent signature before they can play in any games. Parents must accompany a minor to registration day and sign off on their forms. If for some reason this isn’t doable please call/email us and we will work with you to make other arrangements. 

PLAYER WAIVER & RELEASE FORM Before any player can participate in any Activ8 Sports league or activity, he/she must submit a liability waiver during online registration.
