3on3 Coed Volleyball Tournament
 

Division: BB & B divisions (If not enough teams sign up for each then all will be pooled together)

Tournament Day: Saturday, AUG. 20th

Times: 3pm-10pm

Location: Schaefer Sports Complex

People Per Team: 3 (min 1 male and min 1 female must be on the court at all times)

Cost Per Team: $60/team

DEADLINE:
Registration ends on Monday, August 15th, 2016.

TOURNAMENT FEES:
Full payment must be made 7 days prior to the tournament start date. If no payment is received by this time, your spot will open up to other players. Refunds will not be given after 7 days prior to the tournament start date.

 AGE REQUIREMENTS:
Must be 18 years or older to participate.

PLAYER WAIVER & RELEASE FORM
Before any player can participate in any Activ8 Sports league or activity, he/she must submit a liability waiver during online registration.

Join us for our end of the summer volleyball extravaganza under the lights! Hosted on the grass outfield of Schaefer softball fields in Lakewood, our 3on3 grass tournament will surely satisfy your competitive thirst as we finish off the summer season. If you would like to play but don't have a team, please contact Zach Tedford and we will do our best to find you a team.
