People Per Team: At least 4 (2 guys & 2 girls)

DEADLINE:
Registration ends on Friday, Febraury 1th 2018.

LEAGUE FEES:
Full payment must be made 7 days prior to the tournament date. If no payment is received by this time, your spot will open up to other players. Refunds will not be given after 7 days prior to the league start date.

 AGE REQUIREMENTS:
Must be 18 years or older to participate.

PLAYER WAIVER & RELEASE FORM
Before any player can participate in any Activ8 Sports league or activity, he/she must submit a liability waiver during online registration.
